Terms & Condition
General Rules:
Guests must follow house rules at all times. Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly.
Noise Policy:
Videoke fee is ₱500. Strictly no loud noise or sound systems beyond 10:00 PM as mandated by local authorities.
Pool & Jacuzzi Guidelines:
• Jacuzzi hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM & 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Shower before using the pool
• No food, drinks, glassware, or smoking in pool area
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Pets are not allowed in the pool (₱1,000 penalty applies)

Pet Responsibility:
Pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior, cleanliness, and supervision at all times.
Kitchen Usage:
Kitchen tools, cookware, and utensils are available for guest use. Please return items to their proper place after use.
Clean-As-You-Go Policy:
Guests are required to wash dishes, clean surfaces, and dispose of waste after use. Failure to do so will result in a ₱800 penalty.
Safety Restrictions:
No horseplay, firearms, or illegal substances allowed. Eating and drinking inside bedrooms and near the pool is discouraged.
Reservation Policy:
Changes to bookings are allowed up to 10 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Reservation fees are non-refundable.
